Terms of Service
By using the services provided by AHRAIA TECH & COMMERCE LTD (Tech Support and E-commerce), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Tech Support: We provide remote technical assistance and IT solutions. Support is provided "as is" and "as available."
- E-commerce: We facilitate the sale of digital and physical goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
- Billing: Plans (Monthly, 6-Month, 1-Year) are billed upfront.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. You can opt-out at any time via your account settings.
- Refunds: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and US state laws, refunds are generally not provided for partial periods unless the service is defective.
3. GUARANTEED MONTHLY GIFTS & REFERRALS
- Gifts: Active subscribers are eligible for one (1) gift per month. Gifts are determined by AHRAIA TECH and may be digital or physical based on geographic availability.
- Referrals: Rewards for our referral program are issued only after the referred party completes a verified purchase. Abuse of this system will lead to immediate account termination.
4. TECH SUPPORT LIABILITY
- Remote Access: By requesting support, you grant us permission to access your device.
- Data Backup: The customer is solely responsible for backing up all data before any support session. We are not liable for data loss or hardware failure during troubleshooting.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHRAIA TECH & COMMERCE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
- UK Users: This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- USA Users: Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
